At www.cdguard.com we believe you should buy with confidence. We offer you our "RMA policy". You can return sealed, unopened merchandise or DOA to us within 30 days of your purchase replacement or credit. (Shipping and Handling fees and restock discouint (25 percent) are excluded.)

All returned merchandise must be re-shipped to www.cdguard.com in its original condition with its original packaging and contents. No opened bottles will be accepted. Un-opened products returned to www.cdguard.com after thirty days are not eligible for this return policy.

The 30-day RMA policy does not apply to books, tapes, CDs or DVDs. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our warehouse. Please note that any exchanges/returns will not be processed until they are received by www.cdguard.com warehouse. A complete tracking of your order will be posted on our website.

To be eligible:

1. Go to Product return request button and enter your order information within 30 days from the date of your order.
2. Obtain a return authorization code and ship back the unused, unopened products within 10 days from the date of your return request Product. Return request code will be deleted from our system after 10 days. Products without legitimate return code will be accepted.

We recommend that you ship return merchandise back via Certified Mail to ensure that we receive them. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost via transit. Please remember to include Return Code on the box. Merchandise without Return Code will not be accepted..

We will issue the refund via your original method of payment for any products you return that meet the conditions stated above.

For any packages that were shipped and refused, a $10 restocking fee will be issued. No cancellations will be accepted after order has been shipped out.
